This comfortable and spacious gite has been recently renovated and is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, with a surface of 75 m2 to welcome 5 persons (no smoking and no pet).
At the ground floor, the gite includes a large room with an open plan lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine), a shower-room and a separate toilet.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms of 13 m2, one with a double bed (queen size: 160x200cm) and the second one with 3 simple beds (90x190cm), and a bathroom with toilets.
- Rent price rates (inclusive fees):
- Winter season (December to March) = 450 Euros per week - Summer season (July to August) = 380 Euros per week
- Other school holidays = 380 Euros per week
- Low season = 350 Euros per week
- Week-end during low season = 150 Euros
- Additional night (in case of bank holiday) = 50 Euros
- Only one night = 50 Euros
Additional rent rates (not included in the rent cost)
- Tourist tax perceived by the municipality = 0,20 Euros/day/person (over 13 years old)
- Deposit = 150 Euros
Optional services (not included in the rent cost)
- Rent of sheets (quilt cover + fitted sheet + pillowcases) = 8 Euros per bed
- Rent of bathroom towels (5 bath towels + 5 hand towels) = 8 Euros

Before booking, please contact the owner Mrs. & Mr. Gotti by email or by phone (after 7 pm) to check the availability of the lodging at the requested dates.
To make a reservation, please fill in the rental agreement below, sign it and send a copy to the owner with the 150 euros booking payment by check to be addressed to "Mr et Mme Gotti", or by banking transfer.
In case of cancellation before the arrival, the booking payment remains acquired to the owner.
At the arrival, the balance of the rent, the deposit and the tourist tax will be paid by the tenant according to the current price rate.
The booking will be confirmed by email:
- After checking the availability of the lodging in the chosen periods
- After reception of the booking payment (150€) with the rental agreement dated and signed by the tenant.
The rent runs from SATURDAY at 4 pm to the next SATURDAY till 10 am, except preliminary agreement.
The number of persons cannot exceed the maximum accommodation facilities of the lodging fixed to 5 persons.
Each bed in the lodging is furnished in pillows and quilt. Concerning sheets, you can bring your own sheets (for 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds), bath and hand towel or find rent facilities at your arrival in the lodging (price list above).
The lodging must be fully cleaned by the tenant before departure.

The lodging is located in a private house, at the following address: 5 rue du crêt 01260 Hotonnes, in Rhone Alps region in France, between Geneva and Lyon (1 hour drive to Geneva, Annecy and Chambéry, 1h30 to Lyon, Chamonix and Mont Blanc).
